I terminated my helper due to serious misconduct on 1st march 2007 and her new contract started from 26th november 2006.She worked 4 years for us before this contract.Now she claims for statutory holiday pay which she has taken but we dont have records to show that.How much do we owe her? and can she still claim for it after havng been taken them?? and since we dont have proof,how do we go about this? please help
