Some jewelry has disappeared, it can only be my part time helper what can I do,? can I go to the police ? Do I risk something because it is not allowed to have a foreigner part time ? Please help me !

If your part time helper is a legal local Helper, yes you can go to the police.
If she is an imported helper on contract to someone else, then you are employing her illegally, she shouldn't work part time, so going to the police might get you in trouble.
If you do know her contracted employers, you could let them know she has been working part time and stealing, they might not even know she has been working for someone else, then let them deal with her.
Stay away from any part time helpers, unless they come from a proper agency, like merrymaids etc, they are insured and if they steal or do anything else wrong you have some recourse, and you can report them to the police as well.

Really sorry lafon, if you can find out from some of her contacts where she works, or Dh's living near you who might have got to know her, then you can contact her employer.
This is not the first time a part timer has stolen, they know they can get away with it most of the time.

Any proof that make you so sure it's the part time helper? If you go to the police (disregarding any other considerations), that's what they're going to ask you...
It's so easy to put blame to somebody, but it's difficult to prove most of the time.
I hope you find your jewelry was just misplaced.

lafon, why would you hire someone who works for someone else which you don't know, i.e. a complete stranger in your house and why weren't the valuables locked away?
