Cost of encashed home leave in Philippines

My helper doesnt want to take her home leave so I am going to pay her the cash instead. Anyone know how I can find out how much it would cost to get her from Manila to La Paz, Abra? I have asked her but she said she would have to take a bus but she hasnt done it before so she isnt sure how much it would be .. I just want to make sure I am being fair by paying her sufficient.

If you give her cash instead, make sure it is documented, signed that she has had this instead of home leave, and keep in a safe place.

Also note you owe her door to door transportation including food allowance, not just airfare.

we are in singapore so we dont have to do the food allowance as that isnt part of the contract.


And yes noted re the documentation - I will be drafting and keeping it safely with my salary payment sheets.
