I would like to buy my new helper a TV for her room. However, do not want to spend too much money - any suggestions where to go? I have seen TVs for helpers for sale before (not flat screen) but can't remember where I have seen them... thxs

Flat screens are nice since they take so little space. Hardly costly in the 12-18 inch range. As Ed says you can probably find something second hand.

for bought ours a flat screen 15 inch for something like HK$1500 - not really too epxensive - in Fortress
