Just wanted to ask whats this all about, we are hiring a helper and its one of the requirements to submit to immigration, and like me the helper as well have no idea whats that all about. We are not going through an agency thats why we have to do all the stuffs ourselves, been to immigration yesterday and asked some questions, but this thing didnt cross my mind that time, now dont want to be back there again, so i might as well ask here, hoping someone can give me some clue on how to do it?

The testimonial of the helper is a letter writing and signed by the previous employer stating that the helper has completed her services with them and that there were no complaints of her services.

She was been in Hong Kong before, but she went home and been in Philippines for quite a long time now. So this means her release letter(which is still with her) from her previous employer can be the testimonial then.
