I bought the top quality one at the steel bed company (it's the one my helper wanted). I'm pretty sure it's just thick foam but she's happy with it.

You have just moved into Clearwater bay?
There are a couple of stores in Sai kung that sell mattresses and foam.
One is the Kmart store (the place opposite the Standard chartered bank) They will do made to measure foam and mattresses.
The other store is opposite the cat shop , down the post office alleyway - sells pillows and quilts and mattresses.
