You say a new helper, does this maean you have had helpers before?. If not depending and if she is newly arrived in HK then she will need to be told exactly what to do and what not to do. In fact it is better to written rules, procedures and tasks.

Marion, I have a domestic helper who is desperately looking for a job. I highly recommend her, she is reliable, dependable, honest, resourceful, a good cook, keeps a clean house, speaks reads writes English fluently, and good with children. Best of all, she has good common sense. Please contact me if you would like more information.
