I hv a 2nd DH with me one yr ago - purposely hired one Philippa and one Indonesian. Expect they will talk abt each and other on the bad side and make u dislike the competitor. If u hv lost of items such as coins, clothes, u will not be able to find out who did it. Moreover if there are any items broken, no one will come forward to admit. In my case I hv enough rooms for them to sleep privately so that's ok.
In summary, you should desinate specific duties to them so u can trace fm the DH who is responsible for what. That will give them a routine to have duties completed. At the end it all depends whether u hv the luck to hire 2 gd ones, if not, u hv double the trouble. Good luck.

I had 2 helpers who were sisters but they didn't get along (I thought they would being sisters). Every day was stony silence and they didn't talk to each other socially. After 2 years, one decided to leave. Then I employed the sister in law and they have always gotten along. They chat every day, work together and play together with the children. There is a big difference when they are both happy to be working with someone they get along with.

We have just relocated from Singapore and originally planned to bring Helen with us. But decided that since its just the two of us in a 2 bedroom apt. with all kids in boarding school we dont need someone full time.
She is back home at the moment. She has been with us for over 5 yrs very trustworthy/religious good cook can follow most recipies. English/Chinese and some Thai.
Quiet natured, no nonsense. Having gone through a large number of helpers I have no hesitation in recommending her. My kids are older but but she would be fine with younger kids too. If you would like more info pls let me know.
