Has someone out there recently employed a second helper? What did you write in the letter to immig. explaining why you needed 2? Any issues or problems?

Also any hints or tips on how to split responsibilities - we have 18mth old and 7 month old?

I have had a second helper for 2 years and am just going through the process of hiring a replacement.

I found no problem in hiring the second helper. I sent in a letter explaining that as my husband and I work fulltime, my two children have different needs in terms of activities and that we have a large (for HK) home and pets we had to have a second helper.

As long as you can prove that you have enough income to support 2 helpers and suitable accomodation you should be fine
