Do i have to pay for a flight ticket if helper hired in HK?

Hi,

I have just hired a new helper who has just completed a contract with another employer. Could anyone tell me if i still have to pay for a one-way flight ticket if i terminate her contract or if she finishes my contract? I'm guessing that she already got the money to go back home from her last employer. Could someone let me know please?

I believe you will have to pay a one way ticket.
