Just wanted to find out if anyone knew of where we can hire a Vietnamese domestic helper?
Secondly, are there agencies out there that will help us bring one from Vietnam to HK as a domestic helper?

I am not 100% sure that it is not allowed, but fairly confident. TC is wise. Aside from locals and mainland Chinese citizens, Vietnamese citizens are the #2 when it comes to the makeup of the prison population in HKG. A major contributing factor is illegal immigration associated with better treatment in local prisons (medical, etc.) than there actual country. I would call immigration to find out for sure.
