Helper's personal business...

My helper is good. Just as I would prefer she stay out of my personal business, I would like to provide her the same courtesy. However, she is on a crazy diet because her long distance relationship boyfriend told her that if she loses all of her weight, then he will buy her stuff (Items such as real estate). Also, she chopped off a good deal of her hair because he does not want her to look too young for him (there is about a 15 year age difference). I think he keeps in contact with her to have a fling everytime he is in HK (maybe only once every 3-6 Months; or even longer). Point is I do not want to hurt her feelings but what a absolute LOSER. Would you tell your helper and-or intervene? Why or why not?

you could express your personal opinion, but I would stay away from giving her advice......it's none of your business.........

A few things that I did not mention. She is extremely persistent that I tell her my opinion as well as provide advice. It is if she wants me to act as her employer and psychologist. She completes her tasks to appropriate satifaction but gets in moods from the drama associated with her man and still legal husband. She is gullible enough to send her still jobless/legal husband money (that has a plethora of offspring with numerous amount of women) to get licensing for jobs around the world that do not exist. Regarding her annual leave, she is scared to return to the Phils because her husband is crazy.
