I am new to hong kong and my DH has just worked with us for 3 months. I am planning a holiday for 2 weeks early next year and not bringing DH along. Can I ask her to take it as annual leave (advance)? Thank you.

Thank you TC and Mrs Miggins for your kind reply. My DH told me earlier that she will not take any leave during the 2 year with me (she went back to Philiphines before started working with me and she is not new to Hong Kong). May be if I ask her to take it as annual + paid leave ( 7 days annual leave + 5 days paid leave) she may agree. see how it goes.
