How To Go About Finding A Cleaning Lady?

I'm not looking for anyone full time at all, maybe just someone who would come in for a couple hours a week to clean our apartment. How could I go about looking for a part-time helper, someone I wouldn't need to sponsor a visa for and someone who would not at all be living with us?

Check labour department. They have local maids. At least they are legal.

I was in the same situation before and had tried a few different part time maids (individual) but never found a good one. I am now using Merry Maids (see part time helper under this topic). they are more epxensive then individual part time maid but are more responsible and cleaner as the maids have to deliver the company 's standard. Standard hour is 4 hours but at least they are not rushing and do the job properly. They are local maids.
