New Helper and CNY holiday?

Our DH has only been with us 1mth and having read the Government website i'm still not sure whether she is entitled to the holidays/pay for this weekend!?!

Having been employed by us for less than 3mths


1. Is she entitled to the holidays over CNY?

2. Do we have to pay her for the days off if she is taking them?


Please help I just want to be 100% clear with simple advice/answers and have given up trying to decipher what the government answers are actually saying.
