URGENT - Agencies who can help to process the visas and do other paperwork

I have identified a helper on Asiaxpat who I would like to hire. However, I would like to have an agency do the paperwork and process the visas. Can someone recommend an agency who will provide this very specific service? Note that this agency will NOT be the one who has helped me select the candidate....
