I know of a DH who is really unhappy in her current job. What are the chances of her being able to quit? Does she have to have any specific reasons?

She can quit by giving 30 days notice - like my helper did a week after I lent her $15,000 HKD.

I understand she may quit anytime by giving one month's notice or by paying one month's wages to the employer.

Will incompatibility between the employer and helper be sufficient as a reason?

How will the helper have to proceed to find a new employer?

How long will she have to find a new employer?
