why don't you speak to her and see what her expectations are? maybe you can persuade her to have treatment in hong kong if/when she realises that she will have to pay her own way? if not, then let her go ahead back to the phil;nes and have it there. i'd probably agree to give her some paid leave for a few weeks, but also cap it to whatever seems reasonable to you.

If she gets treatment here, will it require her to be taken cared of? Will she be bed-ridden? Will anybody look after her? Is there a place other than your home where she can stay while she recuperates?
