I am french and interesting with an helper who has ever worked with french people or people who speaks french.
Do you know where I can ask for? special agency?
My children are young 1 and 4 years.
And we will live in Hong Lok Yuen - Tai Po

I have no problem with english, and speaks it nearly fluently.
I do not want an helper who speaks fluently French.
But I think that someone who has ever worked with french people knows perhaps some current words (thanks, hello, please, etc...). Moreover this woman will know how to cook basic french food, will be familiar with french culture.
I think it could be useful for my children not to be too much disturb by hong-kong.
Our moving will be for them: new helper, new language, new culture, new weather (we lives near the Alps), new house, new school, no more family (grand-parents), etc...
So someone who is closed to French culture could be a good thing for them.

You may be trying to find a needle in a very big haystack.
You will find that your children will adapt very easily to their new surroundings and all other new things - it is usually the adults who have the hard time. And to be disturbed by HK - well that's going to happen whether you have a french helper or not as the culture etc is vastly different from anything european.
You need to look to embrace the changes and differences for your children as they will become richer for it.
