Place for DH to stay

I know a girl who is working here in HK as a DH. She just came up telling me that her employer had asked her where her husband was going to stay. They will come here from Sri Lanka on Monday night right after having got married there. (She´s leaving on Saturday here to get married there and then will bring her husband back to HK so he can find a job here). Her employer had signed that her husband could stay with her in her room until they have found a job for him. She said that she thought he could stay in her room but now her employer said "no", without any explanation.



Now what????????????????



Do you have any idea? Her husband would only need a place to stay until he has found an employer. Then he´ll go back to Sri Lanka so that he can come back with an employment visa.


I already advised her to ask at a boarding house but she said she cannot afford that. Are there any alternatives?
