Have read the messages re.DH annual hols, but still confused. Would so enlighten me, please.
My indonesian helper began her contract with me July 2005. 1/ Do I have to pay for a flight for her back to Indo. so that she can take her 7 days annual leave? 2/ Does the 7 days annual leave have to be taken during the 1st year of the contract or during the 2nd year of the contract. 3/ How many flights back to Indo. do I have to pay for over the whole 2 year contract?
Please help me if you can. The more I read, the more confused I become!!

Your helper is entitled to 7 days paid leave per year not contract, so for her 1 st contract that would be 14 days. I think it goes up 1 day a year thereafter, so for the 2nd contract she would get 16 days. You don't have to pay for any flights for her holidays, just 1 return ticket per contract, normally 1 way to get to HK and one way to go back to her home country at the end of her contract.
