like to know what precaution to take when contract finished in 4 week.
1. should make her aware the contract not going to renew. so she can list herself here for new employer, when is the best day.
2. what is the excuse instead of telling her someone will come to replace her. ( of cause not satisfied her performance at all)
3. should the ticket is open or named with no change flight schedule.
4. Can it be 14 days leave early instead of pay her 14 days holiday money.
5. what should do on the last night and last morning, should charge her bags, or any DH trick need to take caution now. ie: cloth, jewellery.

It would be nice to give her as much notice as possible so she can try and get another job. Also there is probably a legal requirement (probably a month).

You'll find the legal requirements in the link below. As for the 'excuse' you are not legally required to give her any reason at all if it's the end of her contract. I think it's better to be open & honest and tell her it's because her performance is not adequate. I assume she would have been made aware of this during the course of the contract, else it might come as a bit of a surprise - and maybe just an 'excuse'. But the fact is that she has a fixed-term contract and it is coming to an end. There is no legal obligation on either side to continue with another contract. If you distrust her to the extent that you think she might take some of your possessions with her when she leaves then you are entitled to pay her up to the end-date and ask her to leave immediately.
