Studying trade in Australia

Can philipino's study a trade in Australia that can then be used to be employed in Australia?

I know she can get a study visa but she is trying to work out what are the best trades available for her to do.

Perhaps it possible for her to complete a trade course in HK to then make her eligible for employment in Australia?

She is keen to study a skilled trade that Australia has a shortage of and trying to recruit from other countries.

It should be "Filipino".

The Australian government has all this kind of information on its Immigration website. As it is very easy to find this information, I should point out that generally speaking the potential immigrant should be able to demonstrate 12 months' experience in that trade.
