Maximum deduction on account of loan to DH

Under section 32(f) of the Employment Ordinance, you can deduct up to 50% of her monthly wages, provided that she has consented in writing. If the loan can be characterised an advance on wages, under section 32(e) you can deduct up to 25% of her monthly wages (and she need not provide written consent).
