Would like to get a small LCD, like 7-10 inches for helper and a DVD player for Xmas. Where should I look for the best deals? And how much should I budget?

I got ours at Fortress. The DVD cost next to nothing (maybe HK$500), TV was a bit more (about HK$3000, I think). Am almost certain that this included delivery and installation. I think it is about 20 inches though, so assume that smaller ones will cost less.
