My maid will be finishing her contract next month and today, I received a letter addressed to her from a mobile phone company. As the envelope is quite thin, I can see it was a proof of address reminder. What bothers me is she knows she's not allowed to disclose our home address without our permission yet she signs up with a mobile company using our address when she's about to leave. So what should I do?

Sorry if I misunderstoon your post. But I'm a bit confused, if your maid is a live in maid, why won't you allow her to get mail at your home?
Our maid gets her phone bill, insurance and personal letters at our home. Where else would she get her mail?
If she is leaving in a month, I would register a change of address with the post office for her, you can do this online and it is free or cheap (I can't remember which!)

Not unless she has an agency (particularly Indonesians) that takes care of them wherein all their personal mails can be addressed to the agency's office in HK.
