1st DH- how many to interview?

Hi everyone,

I am going to start with interviewing 6 ladies. In your experience, how many have you met till you find the right one? How big a pool should it be or is it already big enough?

More than 20 for us.

I interview first on the phone, and that eliminates a lot

Then in person

Then if I like them, a second interview or if possible a trial few hours

Do a search on this site for "interview" and find some good threads on interview questions.
