payroll holidays

Hello,


I don't know how to do for the payroll.


With my previous helper I asked her to sign a payroll slip to accuse we have given her her salary and her days off+public holidays. I was doing like this because I paid her in cash (she had no bank account).


My new helper has a bank account so I just made a transfert and get the receipt. But for the days off and public holidays, how do you do? ask her to sign a receipt for holidays?


Please help quick as the end of the month is next.
