hi all; i put up a post about our maid, and got very clear responses back. she does her own thing far too much, and doesn;t follow instructions enough. basically, people said, i should fire her.
despite trying to write it down, be clear, give reminders, etc, things have not improved, and i am going to do that. am i right, you give 2 weeks' written notice? any other regulations? any other advice?
