I am looking for a helper that can also drive and willing to pay more. Is this common or available in HK?

I believe that a domestic helper is only permitted to handle driving duties if it involves taking children to school and home.

Also for driving to the supermarket and back. But certainly not driving 'Sir' to the office every day, ot 'Maam' to the beauty parlour. That is set out quite clearly in the FDH Guide published by the Labour Dept (and available on its website). But having said that I know of several Filipinos here on DH visas and their major (if not sole) function is driving their employer around town. Maybe they are breaking the rules, or maybe they have special dispensation...

TMG,what about holding a dependant visa with HK driving license, do you consider it? as i am free most of the time. i used to work as a (plain)nanny here in HK 3 years ago, my jobs includes pick and drop off the kids to their school and to their activities like swimming etc.

If you interested PM me.
