Hi All I need you advice I sign contract the new DH.But She Have Part time during her day off.
I am worries about her par time to tired than don't have time do work in house.but I like her because so frendly .Please give me advice thanks.

1. it is illegal
2. you have little control over what she does on her day off, so she can tell you or not tell you...
3. If you find she is too tired on a Monday to work properly for you, then you can discuss with her that she needs to be capable of doing her job and not too tired from her activities on her day off.

There's another recent thread on an identical subject. I think it says in there that if you as the employer even knows that she's working PT for someone else then you can be liable if she gets caught. I know it sounds tough but I think that's the right situation. Whilst it's true that you have no real control over what she does on her day off I think the rules say that if you allow her to (work PT for someone else) then you are liable. And I think the interpretation is that if you are aware of it then you are 'allowing it'. You could either claim you never knew, or you could tell her in writing (that way you have a record) it's unacceptable and if she continues then you will have no alternative than to terminate her. Suggest you look for that other thread and read the whole chain of comments.
