We would like to send our DH helper for a two week holiday to Manila, while we are on annual leave in Europe. Her contract will expire shortly after our annual leave.
a.) If she stays on with us for another contract, I assume she doesn't need to go back home between the contracts.
b.) If she chooses to leave, I assume we sill need to give her another return ticket?

My helper wants to take leave and go home when she completes one year with us. She wants to exchange some public holidays and extend her stay back in Phil.
The problem is that I might not be able to take leave myself and I can't exchange my public holidays either. I guess contractually I don't have to let her go mid term but I know she will not be happy about it.
I have also heard stories of DH not coming back on time or they decided they don't want to come back at all. Do you have any experience to share please? Thank you.
