If you can't make it stop give her a termination warning...and then terminate her if it's still happening after whatever period you give her in which to change. BTW I'm assuming that it's not your own faulty appliances that could be causing the problems.

The maximum you can charge DH for damages per month is HKD300. Mine has also damaged one of my clothing with scorch marks despite using a protective cover on the iron - apparently noticed that the DH kept turning it to the linen indicator. I will be charging mine HKD30 for the damage as I cannot wear it anymore plus I cannot find a replacement. DH understands this as it's all written in black and white by HK government. Like you my previous DH damaged loads without us noticing until after we terminated her.


I think you should go ahead and charge her for the damages - she will not like it but it's the only way for her to learn from her carelessness.
