Dear all,
I have just hired a DH for 2 hours only once a week.
Should I ask her for any papers? referral? Pl advise on other things that I need to look at before hiring her.

- First of all : I would check on her previous employers and phone them to see what they say about this person.
- Then, I would ask her to come to work for me for 1 day (paid) so you can have a good idea of her work and if you feel confortable with her around.

Yes I agree with mum2004:
* "try" her a bit, it's better.
* call by yourself her previous employerSS.
And don't forget that if you find something strange, even a small thing, you will have to live with her and with this default.
