We are relocaqting from HK and will not be renewing DH contract, this is her 2nd contract. Are we up for any expenses other than owed holiday pay.?

No, just outstanding holiday pay, a ticket back to the Phillippines. Long servive pay only starts after they are into their 3rd contract.
