I'm looking for a LEGAL part time cleaner - but I'm pretty new to this sort of thing and want to make sure I do things correctly. I understand you can only employ a local as a part time help (someone who is a HK resident) - When I am vetting for the right person what sort of things should I be considering and what do I need to ensure - does anyone have a list that I could use to make sure I have covered all angles?
Also, do I need to buy insurance and pay for holidays?
