Helper changed her mind while waiting for her visa approval from immigration, what should I do?

Just while we're waiting for the approval of visa from the immigration, I was told by the helper that she has changing her mind not to work for us. What should I do? Should I report to the immigration immiediately?

my DH has done the same thing to me.

I have told her to inform Immig herself that she wants to withdraw the contract.

However, I too will be faxing Immig tomorrow to let them know the situation & to cancel the application.

how about the money u pay for processing her visa, etc thru agency? will you able to claim it back? i am concern coz i just paid 3258.xx for getting a helper.
