Potential emploers should talk to the former employers for reference. This is a saver for any troubles in the future. I know there is a helper who is a big lier and in troubled situation now is being hired by an American employer. This helper borrowed $10,000.00 and wanted to get away with it by accusing the employer and called the police...ect. anyway, the best way to protect yourself and your family, is to varify the information the helper told.

I don't lend money to my helper, but if I did, I'd have a witness there while we all signed papers and i'd have it written down how much I'd be deducting from the helper's pay each month. can you tell the employer? please help that potential employer. he/she can discreetly find a way to fire the employee, can't she/he?
