Bridge the gap after termination?

Rent-A-Mum - http://www.rent-a-mum.com/ - they are a nanny service. I spoke to them last week about babysitting services and they seemed very professional. A friend has used them before on 3 occasions and was very impressed. Only downside is that it's not cheap. But then again, if it's only a one off and you need the help (especially if you are working), then it would be worth it. Good luck.

Try www.homeasy.com. You can hire dull day/half day helpers to bridge the gap.
