Another termination question

Dear all,


as in my previous thread abt negligience of duties by my helper and sheer wastage, here is an update.


i decided to terminate her.I know it would be a huge problem for me, but I couldnt stand the feeling of she cheating me in my own house. So thought abt it carefully and then spoke to her. I repeatedly ask for reason for her doing, but just got no answer. a long silence..and a blank face..so i decided to put an end to this and told her that i would want to discontinue her services. Needless to say am feeling at peace to end this saga...


What are the things I should be careful about now, when she will be here for a month( notice period)..I understand the salary and return ticket thing..do i have to inform the immigration when I give her the notice?


Any other tip? She has taken a huge loan from somebody and the man from the company keeps calling on my land line, chasing her ( she gave my number without even informing me, she says it's not her loan but her aunt's and she gave the guarntee...now the aunt refuses to pay and I get n phone calls every day)what do I do with that?


Also she had installed her idd on my landline, without my knowledge, how shld I make sure that she has no dues. If I call the phone company they wont devulge the detail of her phone bills... what do i do?

Check your private message box. I am sending you the name of a helper listed here on AsiaXpat who I've personally interviewed and thought was pretty good. Of course, you are free to think otherwise, but she was defiintely in the top tier of the many helpers I've interviewed in the past month.
