Education opportunities for DHs in HK?

Does anyone know what education opportunities there are in HK for domestic helpers? Our helper has been with us for 5years and she is a treasure - hard working, loyal, great personality, honest, etc etc etc! She has become part of our family, not just our employee. Now that our kids are both in school full time, we were thinking of providing her with a chance to continue her education. She is a high school graduate. Are there any colleges/universities in Hong Kong that will admit helpers? What about other programs, like certifications for child care, physical therapy, elderly care etc? We will be returning home at some point in the future and we would like to help her come with us - not just as an employee, but perhaps with marketable skills of her own.
