My fiance (filipina) and I want to hire my sister in law (filipina).
What are the easiest way to do this direct hire?
Do we need to go through an agency?

starbucks242 is correct. Go via an agency. I think your case is not eligable to process such direct hire. Please refer to http://www.philcongen-hk.com/labor/main.htm You may consider item no. 6 to be qualified to direct/name hire program of phil consulate. Take a look also with advised from greenvalleys. Sometimes, its a pain in the a** to hire a relative. I have learned of some Filipino resident hired their relative but give them a lower salary than what stated in their contract. For your own safety don't practice this. Your maid can turn you down and stab you at the back... I hope you knew what i mean.
