Hello everyone,

How do you manage the paperwork of a DH whose employer is moving overseas and no longer need her. She doesn't want to go back home as she has just been in July and would prefer to start work straight away when her employer releases her - is this possible?

Yes, it is possible. If the employer moving overseas, then the helper can wait the visa here in hong kong, and she doesn't need to go back to her home country.
