what should I do

Hi, I have a question to ask: my helper has been working for me for 6 months now, and she is very good. However, my children are all at school, and I like my children to eat the foods I cook, so the only thing I need my helper to do is cleaning. I'd rather have a part time cleaning person. A friend who wants my helper, but I know if I terminate the contract, my helper needs go back her country to come back again, and she doesnt want to do it, since she just went back two months ago, and she feels it costs too much to go back (she needs to give money to relatives). What can I do to terminate the contract with her, and let my friend hire her, without her having to go back her country? Thanks for all the advices.

Actually I would email or call Evelyn at asiaxpat. She'd probably be able to tell you what you can and can't do. We've dealt with her and are very pleased.
