I am unhappy with my current DH and wish to fire her. However, I want to organize a replacement so that i am not left without help in the meantime. Can i hire ANOTHER DH and then on the new helper's start date fire my current DH? Is this legal or does there need to be a gap? thks for any feedback

little advice if you are not happy to your dh now talk to her personally and give her chance to find another employer to work here for her family in the philippines.thank you....
