Does anyone know how I can employ a French nanny here in HK? I have the nanny, she is happy to come, I need to know how I could possibly go about this legally?

I am employing a French nanny part-time, she's very good. She is pretty booked up until end of June, and then I think she's taking all of July + August off (in France). But I believe she's available after the summer for either full time or part time work. If that suits you maybe you could PM me? But anyway, finding a nanny takes quite a long time, especially if you have a special requirement like wanting a French one. You need to plan 4-5 months ahead. Even if you want an English speaking one, it could take take 2-3 months.
All of this applies to finding legal nannies with proper visas. And here is part of a former post which you may find of interest:
Rent-a-mum only hires native English speaking nannies, Annerley Midwives provides nannies and maternity nurses and although they speak English well, they might not be native English speakers. I pay $180 per hour + the agency fee.
