we will be terminating our FDH after 5 years of service. She has grown grumpy and less interested in providing the service which she used to.. This is natuaral i guess over time but non the less we will be ending our Employment contract soon. Am i correct in the following

1. 1 month pay in lieu of notice + what is owing.

2. can ask her to leave on the same day

3. must provide her with an aeroplane ticket home

Do I have any other obligations under law.

Thanks

 is dismissed or the contract is not being renewed by reason other than

serious misconduct or redundancy;

 resigns on ground of ill health;

The long service pay is 2/3 month salary times number of years worked.
