I saw on some websites that one needs to pay philippine travel tax on landing at the airport. Please tell me does one have to do it even if they have an OEC. What about the terminal fee? Thanks!


Also where can I get good flight deals from HK to Manila for my helper.

ALL Domestic Helpers are exempted in paying all the taxes at the airport they just need to show them their OEC.

For domestic helper as long as they have oec they are exempted in paying the travel tax(1620 peso) and departure tax (750 peso) and also those PR abroad they're exempted in paying the travel tax but not the departure tax.

If you have HKID for more than 5 years (for dependant holder) you only have to pay P200 but if your HKID is below 5 years you have to pay the full P1620..
