Revised schedule of accomodation/domestic duties form

Hello,

I've just moved and want to let the Immigration Dep't know my change of address. I understand that I need to fill out yet another form, and that it's called the 'Revised schedule of accomodation and domestic duties' - however, I can't figure out where to get the blasted form. Does anyone know if you have to go in person to pick it up or if you can download it, then send it in? I've only managed to find a 'sample' form so far.

Thanks.

I did this a couple of times. I simply wrote a letter to Immigration detailing what had changed, e.g. my new address, the size of the new apartment, the change in number of people to be served, the change in number of maids, change in helper's bedroom/sleeping arrangements, change in salary and/or other benefits. Depending on your situation you might also need to notify them of a change in your helper's duties.

A week or 2 after I wrote the letter, the Immigration sent me a formal reply to say that they had noted my new information, and I kept the letter in the file I have of my helper's paperwork.

I did the same by just writing a letter to inform Immigration Department of the change of address. I didn't even go into details like what Snow Rose did and they sent back a standard form in confirmation. Very easy procedure but a necessity.
