nope, a lot of helpers are just staying in Macau to wait for processing. However, since she IS going back to Philppines, why would she want to come back to stay in Macau and spend all that money with boarding house, and waiting and back and forth... ? Helpers who don't go back to Philippines wait in Macau.
But yes, if she insists, I think it's possible, I have heard 3 employers this month with this condition and scenario. Their helpers are working already. She can even exit to Lo Wu instead of Macau to "activate" her visa.

Hi Kyander, just a question: Are you the one processing your helper's papers? Did you have to go to Philippine Consulate first before going to the Immigration Dept? Can you please tell me what papers to show the consulate as I'm planning to hire a terminated helper as well and do the paper works myself.
THanks
